SideShift.ai, the direct-to-wallet crypto exchange, is hiring a Finance & Accounts Manager.

The Role:

• __Own internal accounting: __Manage and improve internal accounting, payroll, and other financial admin tasks.
• __Collaborate with ops: __Work closely with our operations team, ensuring the business continues to run efficiently.
• __Room to grow: __Eventually take on oversight of corporate financials and monitor the moving parts of the business.
• Report to executive team: Ensure timely, accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.

About You:

• __Experienced: __You have worked in finance or accounting roles—ideally in crypto, fintech or high-growth startups.
• __Background in business or accounting: __You are a mid-to-senior level candidate with a solid foundation in business, finance, or accounting.
• __Attention to detail: __You enjoy precision and structure. You don’t miss a satoshi.
• __Crypto-native: __From hot wallets to block explorers, you have a solid base level of crypto knowledge.
• __Self-directed: __You can build systems from scratch or improve them over time.
