Movimentum is the leading token marketing agency for content creation on CoinMarketCap, working with companies like Sonic, Ronin, Beam and many other projects. The company has grown to over 25 members from all over the world in less than 2 years. Our mission is to make sure worthy tokens get the visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a well-connected and proactive hiring manager who can help us scale our team with high-quality, mission-aligned talent. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top performers across marketing and creative roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and manage the entire recruitment process, all the way from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain a strong network of talents across all active job posting requirements.
• Build and update a structured hiring pipeline, including outreach to potential candidates and interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Set up contracts, onboarding procedures, and ensure clear communication of expectations with new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ year experience in a hiring/recruiting role within agencies or Web3-native companies.
• Have a strong portfolio of possible hires either via direct or indirect connections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available for 40+ hours/week, with flexibility to address urgent needs, including on weekends if required.
